I think it's almost impossible for everybody to have the same motivation, bcus from what i've learnt in sch, some people work intrinsically; some work extrinsically. & it depends how long their passion will bring them to. I admit i'm more intrinsically motivated at the beach then the pool, bcus i can see the rewards from my effort. It's not like i didn't work hard at the pool, but things just doesn't changed. And what else can i do? I feel more than anyone else do.

Sometimes solutions could be suggested&worked on, but i think it's human nature to want to stay in their comfort zone. It's wrong to assume that people don't try, perhaps they just can't adapt to the changes. I admit until now, i still couldn't mix well with the people from the development team & i still miss the presences of the TAN family.
