you make a good saving net IVP swimming last weekend, swimsuit line is so obvious now & it has drained away all my energy. i've been waking up early for the whole of last wk. And i know jin loves me more than her B because i rock her stinky toes! Anw it was WS team dinner on sunday at SAKURA INTERNATIONAL BUFFET. Food was quite alright, but the company was great. We've fun stuffing wasabi into food&drinks, & playing acting & make them eat. Post nationals briefing, many things to ponder&reflect about. I think having cliques in a team is inevitable. Who wouldn't want to spend time with people who they've common interest& could communicate well? And since WS is a team ranging from diff age grp, generation gap could be the prob. I think it's almost impossible for everybody to have the same motivation, bcus from what i've learnt in sch, some people work intrinsically; some work extrinsically. & it depends how long their passion will bring them to. I admit i'm more intrinsically motivated at the beach then the pool, bcus i can see the rewards from my effort. It's not like i didn't work hard at the pool, but things just doesn't changed. And what else can i do? I feel more than anyone else do. Sometimes solutions could be suggested&worked on, but i think it's human nature to want to stay in their comfort zone. It's wrong to assume that people don't try, perhaps they just can't adapt to the changes. I admit until now, i still couldn't mix well with the people from the development team & i still miss the presences of the TAN family. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
